1985 Toyota Corona GX 1.5 petrol
Summary:
Reliable and cheap to run
Faults:
One window fell out as the bracket was rusted.
Slight oil leak.
Boot leaks.
Interior fan stopped working.
General Comments:
Incredibly reliable and cheap to run, but quite slow due to being a heavy car with a small engine.
It has lasted me four years and it has not broken down, and only once has it been to a garage to get work done (window).
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

Hey.
I have recently purchased myself a 1985 Toyota Corona 1.5L GX.
I have had a similar problem with a leaky boot through top left-hand corner of the back windscreen, and also my left passenger window decides to fall out whenever I wind it down.
I can agree that it does lack in the power side of things; 0 - 100 in around 25 seconds for me.
Other than those minor set backs, I find it a reliable car and it's very easy to drive.
