1988 Chevrolet Opala Comodoro (fastback coupe) 2.5 s (151)
Summary:
For coupe, hardtop, fastback lovers, the car is pure pleasure!
Faults:
The car already had problems with its alternator.
Some small rust points showed up near the botton of the left door.
Reverse gear became hard to shift when transmission/engine temperature rises.
General Comments:
The great thing about the car is its genuine fastback style, like some of the mystical pony cars built in the late 60's early 70's.
1988 was the last year Chevrolet offered the fastback coupe model.
Reliability, parts and service, comfort and riding are high standards as well.
On the other hand, the engine could produce more power and handling tends to overstears in wet asphalt.
