1986 Nissan Bluebird Universal 2.0 diesel
Summary:
Great car, but look for high running costs
Faults:
Power steering had leak.
Generator has been too weak for winter conditions.
Oil consumption a bit too high.
General Comments:
Very comfortable car.
Powerful and reliable engine.
Lots of space for whole crew and luggage.
Fairly economical - round 7.5 liters of diesel per 100 km in mixed environment.
Expensive service and parts.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

Good and reliable car, but loud diesel engine sound is annoying, especially in a long trip at speed over 60Mph. Or maybe there is something wrong with my car?

I have a Nissan Bluebird Diesel and I also have a lot of noise at 60 mph. Am not sure at the moment if it's the engine or the gearbox, will let you know when I find out.
Apart from that, I do enjoy driving the car, it's now got 204,000 on the clock!!!
