Faults:
I had to replace the radiator at about 40,000 miles (1999), and then again at about 60,000 miles (2001). My auto mechanic said the radiator tank is part plastic and was not able to replace it with an all-metal one until 2001 because an all-metal one wasn't available for this model year until very recently.
Radio antenna recently stopped working (~60,000 miles). It's a power retractable antenna, and the motor still works but the nylon strip that winds the antenna up and down is worn out. I bought a new antenna mast ($40 for OEM part) and will install it myself any day now.
One headlight burned out at around 60,000 miles.
General Comments:
This car's reliability is extremely impressive. Maintenance costs have been absolutely average (oil changes, brake inspection, etc.) It doesn't have any minor quirks that I can recall; no odd sounds or vibrations.
I'm not the original owner of the car. I bought it used when it was about 3 years old. I think it was a lease return but I'm not certain. It was a certified used car, still under factory warranty.
I had a factory-original A/C unit installed by an Acura dealer (~$1,500), which works perfectly and I've had no problems with it.
Very solid car, lots of fun to drive, extraordinary trunk space for a sports coupe (the rear seats fold down, too, and the rear deck comes out in the hatchback model).
Back seat is very small but will accommodate 2 adults of average height. More comfy for kids.
Performance is predictable; no surprises in turns or braking. Ride is firm but very good for a small car.

I have a 95 Acura Integra LS and it will bet a 2001 Nissan Maxima with no problem. Don't see your problem.
