Faults:

The only issue when I bought my Audi Cabriolet recently is that the radio antenna was stuck and had to be replaced.

General Comments:

Even with having more than 100,000 miles on it when I bought it, this car is a gem! I plan on driving it well over 250,000 miles.

The engine purrs, and you have to watch the speed gauge to make sure you aren't speeding because it doesn't feel like you're going fast.

This is the first car I've been able to purchase just for me (always had to have something larger like a van or the Navigator to haul kids around in, but they're off to university so splurged). With regular maintenance, this car hummmmmsss!

Car looks great with the top up AND with the top down. You attract attention driving this car -- whether you want to or not. I've already had three offers just by driving it around, and all offers have been higher than what I paid for it! It is definitely a keeper!

Faults:

The plastic window in the convertible top has discolored badly, a common VW trait.

Front end work required at 38 thousand miles.

Remote trunk release has failed.

General Comments:

Top is quick even at eight years old.

Seats are supportive and comfortable.

Car has a lot of speed, yet handling is a tick behind other German cabrios, namely BMW's.

Ride is comfortably soft, yet not floaty over bumps.

Brakes can leave a lot to be desired.

Faults:

Nothing major has gone wrong with the car, other than regular maintenance.

My cell phone charger (cheap knock off) blew a fuse. Upgraded the voltage and it works great. Also upgraded the cell phone charger.

Replaced a gasket in the air conditioning system. Now it is like the North Pole... great for the summer!

General Comments:

If you could get your hands on a used well kept Cabriolet... DO IT!

This car is a dream machine to own. I get offer to buy everywhere I drive it.

Classic styling, wonderful performance, superior luxury.

Makes a trip to the dry cleaner and supermarket like a treat!
