Faults:
ABS went out on it 5 days after I purchased it. Turns out MANY people have the same problem with this car when I checked fixa.com!
ABS light and Service Engine Soon light comes on sometimes and then turns back off. Nobody seems to have a good solution to the problem. If you find one please e-mail me at evermontking@gmail.com. I will update this with any working solution I find. Until then I'm driving it with bad ABS.
The stereo works, but only the passenger side door speakers have sound.
General Comments:
This car handles like a boat, so give yourself room when turning.
The cabin is very roomy and plush, with all the amenities we look for in a car.
The car is not the best on gas, but it's OK.
The car is fast up to 70 MPH, but then after that it slowly accelerates.
Steering wheel is made out of spongy rubber that feels weird, and cannot be cleaned to look new again. Material looks like it's deteriorating faster than it rightfully should.
Fabric in the seats is good, and cleans up nicely.
Car has a little shake to it when I go above 75, and it makes me feel like something is loose or off balance.
Feels like you're floating when you drive it.

These are mostly simple fixes, minus the valve issue you had.
Wheel bearings go after 100,000+ miles.
The climate control is just a blow motor resistor issue; max $40 part where I live, brand new.
The service lights are all interconnected, so since you have an ABS issue with the wheel bearing, it turns off the traction control, and also turns on the service vehicle soon light on. Fix the bearing and they all go out.
The gas gauge, although a pain, is just the float that has been replaced. $20-30 for just the float (takes some looking around to get though).
Your cat should not needed "fixing" as they are not fixable. If they are plugged, then it means you have had something foreign run through your engine, causing it to plug up. I'd check other stuff, as you could wreck a new one too, should you change it.
Centuries are great cars, good on gas and comfortable, and the problems they have are all minor (except the valve issue, but that's never gone bad on mine). Every car has its faults, and on most cars, their faults are lot more pricey than these cars.
