Faults:

There is a crack in the rear passenger light. Other than that nothing.

It runs like a champion. However I was told that the previous owner used PREMIUM Shell gas religiously and I have followed suit.

General Comments:

I had been researching what kind of car to purchase after my previous car (a 1992 Lexus ES300) got totaled. I wanted to go for something reliable, some what luxurious, and to keep it domestic; I was not quite ready for the high maintenance costs that Cadillac’s boast.

I found this website and have spent months reading reviews, and found a Park Avenue is the car for me. It’s amazing, the supercharged engine gets me around town with no problem (other than the slow indecisive drivers that seem to always getting in my way).

I found it for a very reasonable price of 4000 and it was immaculate: no paint chips, leather interior with no cracks, A/C blows warm and cold. All of the power options work.

It commands attention from my friends who are owners of Benz, Cadillac’s and other luxury vehicles.

I've had this car about a week, but I think this is the wisest purchase I've made in some time. I RECOMMEND THAT THOSE THAT FIND THESE WITH LOW MILES BUY IT!!!

Faults:

Replaced computer, EGR quad drivers code, fixed problem.

Bearings in supercharger stated making noise, replace bearings, easy job.

General Comments:

This car is a masterpiece of American Engineering. Only high performance cars can out accelerate it, and yet it gets 27 MPG on highway. Comfortable leather, has every conceivable option and very reliable. I have a new truck and another almost new car, but prefer to drive this old fast economical Buick. This car will smoke the front tires for more than 50 feet if you shut off the traction control.

Don't let the supercharger scare you from buying one of these old GM cars. Parts are cheap. You can buy all of the bearings, seals and gaskets for around $200 (available on eBay). The job is easy, took about 4 hours from start to finish.

Faults:

I replaced the struts in early 2004.

Replaced the Super Charger pulley in late 2005, along with the battery.

General Comments:

When I first bought the Park Ave, some of my friends thought I was a bit nuts.. calling it an old man's car, geezer mobile, etc. However, after riding in the Park Ave, they all soon change their tune!

This p*mped out rocket is a dream. The supercharged 3.8 litre engine is a magnificient piece, and the thin panels on the leather interior is rich and classy looking.

The power buttons are METAL... not PLASTIC! Man, this looks like money. Too bad everything else these days is plastic... even on the brand new, expensive rides.

This car floats like a dream on the highway and when it kicks, it really snarls! It has the pull away power to get you through Sunday straggling church types FAST! And she rockets down the highway with a ride and handling that even Cap't Kirk could appreciate.

The girls love it too! I've had a few loaded into the sweet Park Ave ya know!!!
