1986 Cadillac Eldorado
Summary:
Buy this car - no buy two so you have one to drive while the other is being repaired
Faults:
The radiator had to be repaired and the water pump replaced at 69,000 miles.
The engine had to be replaced at 89,000 miles.
The alternator had to be replaced at 108,000 miles.
The electronic dash and driver information center works intermittently.
General Comments:
This is an unreliable car. The electronics are a nightmare, the engine didn't even make it to 90,000 miles before needing replaced, the parts are too expensive and the dealership service is poor.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? No

Sorry to hear about your car, guess you got a bad one maybe or one mistreated, but interesting to me is you do not the engine or trans specs. I too drive Toyotas as daily drivers and keep the Eldorado in the garage for sunny days and shopping trips. At 136000 miles, only changes made to this car was tires gas, oil and related filters and belts. Same 4.1 V/8 and trans. That's a lie... I did install an Alpine system.
