1990 Chevrolet Blazer silverado 5.7 V8
Summary:
It is a beast, but a blast to drive
Faults:
The rear differential had to be replaced.
I also got into an accident with it. I snapped a pole, but walked away. The truck just needed a new nose.
Minor things like the heater core and normal wear and tear.
General Comments:
I love my truck.
It is little rough around the edges.
For a large 4800 pound vehicle it has good power.
The seats are very soft and comfortable.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

Yeah, you pay more for gas, but the safety of walking away from 75% or more of accidents with anything else on the road is worth it. Plus they are so darn fun. I've never found a funner vehicle to drive, so I personally don't care about mileage much. If I don't want to pay for gas I drive less. You can't say a 4 cylinder is better on gas when you drive 5 times as much because it's so "good" on gas.
