1994 Chevrolet Blazer S-10 4.3
Summary:
Bad car on gas good shape
Faults:
I have read every review and my 1994 Chevy Blazer has had the same problems and I have only had it for two months. When I first got it, it wasn't running great so I took it to Checker and had them get me the codes and it came out to be the EGR valve so I replaced it for 200 dollars. That didn't help at all. I took it to get a diagnostic on the blazer and it said that my spider injectors are bad and it is going to cost 700 dollars to fix. I like the car in all, but there are also little things wrong with it too like the front passenger window doesn't work (the motor is bad),the rear difroster doesn't work. Mainly it doesn't have the power it should have and I get horrible gas mileage. I haven't got the spider injectors replaced yet I am saving up for it, but after reading all the other reviews I think I made a mistake, but it is a good car.
General Comments:
The body is very nice. I like how it rides.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Don't Know

Have a 1994 S-10 blazer with 148000. I have replaced fuel pump and filter, radiator and had EGR valve problems. They make a screen for in front of the EGR valve, which helped me.
The injector is my current problem; 279.00 for the kit plus gasket, plus 100.00 in labor. Check around, this is a common problem that most mechanics deal with.
I like mine, it has been good, but nickel and dime stuff gets old.
