1986 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe 2.8 F.I. V6
Summary:
A 185,000 miles classic
Faults:
Heavy driver's side door is a problem to close.
The dashboard is cracked and driver side seat is a little torn, but easy to replace.
General Comments:
Since I bought it, I have no problems with it mechanically.
For 185,000 miles car, she drives better than newer cars I have bought in the past.
The body is in solid shape with no rust (Florida car), has tint windows, CD player, chrome racing wheels, new tires, fun to drive and for $750.00 it was the best buy I've made in a long time.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

I had a 2.8 L MPFI with 250k miles on its original long block and automatic transmission. It was my first new car at 22 miles and only mode of transportation for 12 years until that terrible day of the accident, which permanently removed my "Sporty" from service. I was emotionally hurt.
Throughout its service, the followings were replaced: muffler, catalytic converter, ignition module, 3 alternators, driver door hinge's bushing, driver seat, radiator fan relay, A/C accumulator and the overdrive lock-up solenoid.
