1980 Chevrolet Chevette 1.6 liter gas
Summary:
Good overall car but bad in snow
Faults:
Timing belt was replaced and was fairly simple to do.
The master cylinder went bad, but also was simple to replace.
Other than that it was just normal maintenance.
General Comments:
It was a fun little car to drive and got decent gas mileage, but it was rear wheel drive and was not a car to drive in the snow and ice; I got sideways in front of a tractor-trailer on I-255 one day, but manage to get it straightened out. I also got stuck going to my dad's place in 4 or 5 inches of snow because it sat low to the ground and got hung up.
