Faults:

A/C comes on without a call for cooling.

Roof creaks, especially in colder weather.

CD player makes CD's skip sometimes when they work alright on other players

Factory forgot to put attachment on for the rear carpeting and sent me one via U.S. Mail after I complained to the factory.

Windshield trim was discolored.

Windshield rubber strip came unglued at the edge.

Excessive road noise from the runflat tires.

Stock exhaust is way too quiet... needs to sound more throaty for the kind of car it is.

General Comments:

Poor quality for an expensive sports car.

Great gas mileage, especially on the highway going 70 mph in 6th gear (28 mpg).

Very good performance, especially from a standstill.

Good fit and finish overall.

Too much road noise. Got rid of the Runflats for some Michelin PS2's, and is now a lot quieter. Also added some insulation behind the panels and under the carpeting and over the wheel wells, making it far quieter.

Cools really fast in the summer.

Very nice styling.

Engine is easy to work on.

Great owner clubs and online chatrooms for Corvette.

Most of the Chevy Dealers I went to for in warranty service were not real competent in my opinion.
