2001 Chevrolet Tracker LT 2.5L V6
Summary:
This off road vehicle is more than it looks
Faults:
I bought the Tracker for $1400 from people who did not know much about maintenance. I spent another $1500 repairing and replacing it (brakes, shocks, radiator, freon, radio). I came in well under the $4800 blue book price, and it has been my daily driver for a year.
I really dig this little truck. It has OK mileage and power, and I can out-jeep any stock jeep made since 1994. Once I put my lift and tires on, I expect to take this thing anywhere there is a road.
General Comments:
It is a trooper for getting to the campsite. Or to work. Whatever.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

I had the same problem with my heat. I don't know much about cars, fortunately when I purchased the vehicle at carmax in the heat of summer, I tested out EVERY component. They fixed it for free on the spot, I probably would have paid some mechanic $100 to plug that wire back in.
