It is a beautiful car. It runs nice and is very fast. It has a little V8 but the b**** is a fast mother. I love the tweek when I reach second gear.

Yes it is a V6. All 300M's came with the exact same motor, 3.5L V6 24 valve.
Actually he is correct. He is talking about a 1964 Chrysler 300, not one of the 300M V6 sedans that have been built since 1999. The 300's that were built during the 50's and 60's were completely different cars than they are now. There were huge 2 door cars with V8's!

The 426 cubic inch V8 was marketed to racers; the 415 hp version had twin four-barrel carburetors and a manual choke (470 lb-ft), while the 425 hp version (480 lb-ft) upped the compression ratio from 11 to 13.5:1.

Check again, I think you are driving a 253 horsepower V6.
