2001 Chrysler Sebring Convertible LXi 2.7 V6
Summary:
A dependable performer
Faults:
Front brake pads need replacing soon.
Front rotors will have to be replaced along with pads.
Stock Goodyear tires are lackluster.
Convertible top tries to fold under back window when putting top up sometimes.
During heavy rain or car washes, water seeps in from top a little.
General Comments:
Has had no maintenance issues whatsoever.
Handling is excellent, cornering is solid. Pickup is speedy, but it downshifts quite a bit.
Last October I took it on a 3000+ mile trip over New England, it performed like a champ. No problems whatsoever.
My only complaint is that the front rotors have to be replaced even though they've never been turned. They're basically throw-away. However, replacement rotors are inexpensive.

Update on this wonderful car:
So far, it's at 64,500 miles in almost 8 years. Never left me stranded. Did have to replace the Transmissions Control Module and solenoid pack (over $700 at dealer), but other than that...it's been nothing but basic maintenance. Top still looks/works like new. Interior has held up well too.
I expect I'll be keeping this car forever at this point. Paid for, low mileage, loads of fun!
