2006 Chrysler Town and Country Base 3.3

Summary:

Quality is lacking

Faults:

- Click in steering rack.

- Turn signal won't automatically click off when turning right.

- Sliding door came off track (missing bolt).

- Sliding door power lock broken.

- Radiator replaced due to leak at 64k.

General Comments:

Although it's a 2006, it is the older, non-stow & go variety. Very comfortable to drive, great visibility; a competent family hauler. Can get as low as 13 MPG around city, and up to 22 MPG on highway cruises.

Small quality issues on a car with this few miles are ridiculous. I was seriously disappointed with the amount of problems. I had an auto transmission filter & fluid changed proactively at the dealership at 50k, as it's a known weak issue on this product.

2006 Chrysler Town and Country Touring 3.8V6

Summary:

Perfect family fun minivan for families on the go

Faults:

Nothing.

General Comments:

This is our first minivan. The main reasons for buying one of these? First, they're very popular. Secondly, they're extremely versatile with lots of places to put stuff. Third, they're very roomy. Fourth, they're perfect family vans. Fifth, with the addition of adding the Stow and Go seats, it's perfect for families on the go. Best of all? They're priced right. We got the Touring model with every option, and ours is silver.

If you're a fan of these minivans, please buy one. They're great for: first time parents who want a nice and safe family van, soccer moms, and for growing families with kids. Trust us, you'll like it.
