I own an 02 Grand Caravan Olympic Edition, and am having the same problem.
The van has 241000kms and the horn started blaring and the hazard lights started flashing, the same reaction you would get trying to steal it.
It was taken to the garage, and they took the horn fuse out and put it back in, everything went back to normal, so we thought.
Now the radio, auto lock, the remote lock, interior lights don't function and the gauges go wacko when you start the van.
The mechanic says it's the IPM that is corroding and malfunctioning.
Otherwise the van runs great, I just need to solve this electrical problem before it causes some other functions to stop working, worst case scenario, while we're driving it.
