General Comments:
We have had this car for 5 years and until recently it has been service free.
Our brakes have 147,000 miles on them and still do not need replaced.
A year ago the cooling fan went out and we replaced one side.
6 months ago the check engine lite came on and when I checked the oil it was empty, this was due to the front oxygen sensor going out cost to replace was about $400.00.
2 months ago the car began stalling and the check engine lite came on. The code on the computer was again the oxygen sensors, but when checked these were alright. Our mechanic then replaced the heat and temp sensors and thought the problem was corrected. Again the car stalled while driving and the mechanic replaced the electronic command module. After spending around $600.00 the problem was corrected.
Now while driving down the road the car overheated, and lights started flashing and the air conditioner is not working.
The car is also now dragging when you try to start it up
From the comments on this site, I am sure it is the AC fan, and the starter.
Due to the fact we had 140,000 miles on this car before we started having problems I would say we would buy another.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes
