Faults:

Rack-n-pinion & power steering hoses at 53,800 miles.

Power steering pump replaced at 57,500 miles.

Intake plenum gasket at 50,000 miles (eating 1 quart of oil per 700 miles. Now only eats a quart every 2000 miles.)

AC evaporator, heater core, AC lines at 55,000 miles.

Water pump at 43,000 miles.

Both rear fender wells started rusting through at 40,000 miles.

Dash cracked (split) at 48,000 miles.

All plastic dash HVAC vents have rotted and crumbled (one has been replaced twice).

Electrical problem - dead as a doornail if you let it sit in the driveway over 4 days. (Been to the dealer twice for this. They can't find anything wrong. They just replace the battery - it still does it.)

Fouled a whole set of plugs at 57,500 miles.

Averages 10.2 mpg (80/20) city/highway driving.

Surprise! Brakes and rotors made it to 55,000 miles!

All service performed at dealer. Oil changes every 3000 miles. Dodge is impressive, isn't it??

UPDATE: Now ECM (Engine Control Module) has gone out at 57,770 miles!

General Comments:

I tell everyone I meet about my Dodge when the subject comes up. Hopefully I will be able to single-handedly put the company out of business!

Faults:

Right front wheel bearing.

Brakes, from normal wear.

Right rear passenger door lock stopped working properly.

Throttle body at around 90,000 miles.

General Comments:

I love my truck. It runs great, sounds great, looks even better, and has tons of life left in it, I'm sure.

It's been completely dependable, runs great, is more comfortable than the mini van it replaced.

My only complaint would be the gas mileage, but was fully aware of that problem when I bought it. I'd buy another one without hesitation, if I had any intentions of replacing the current one!!

The problems I've had are due to age and mileage, and I couldn't be happier with Dodge products. Their body styles are the best. They say about the Dodge transmissions, I had a LeBaron and a Stealth that had problems with this, but both had high miles when it happened. No trouble with this one to date, and with 110,000 plus miles, I don't imagine I could blame the manufacturer. :)

I've also had a Charger, Town and Country, Ram Charger, and other Chrysler/Dodge products that I never had major problems with! Pretty good track record in my book.

Faults:

Few things have gone wrong with this truck. The only thing I can seem to find is that the radio light doesn't come on when I turn the key backwards to power all electronics, unless I press kinda hard and hold it there.

Some paint is starting to chip fairly easily, but this is only on the edge of the door and nowhere else.

Also this truck seems to be just a bit under powered, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to beef it up, besides spending a few thousand dollars?

General Comments:

Great all around truck. Handles like a dream and I couldn't ask for more in that area.

Even though the engine is a 3.7 Liter V6 Magnum, it sounds beefy and worked fine for everything I've used it for.

The cabin is very roomy and it rides extremely well.
