1995 Ford Bronco XLT 5.0 V8

Summary:

I love this monster truck!

Faults:

Plastic covers on the inside of the doors have been coming off because of the cheap plastic screws. I just bought metal screws at a hardware store. Easy replacement.

Passenger side door came out of alignment. It cracks against the front panel every time I open the door. Haven't fixed it yet.

It will rattle sometimes for no apparent reason.

Other than what is above, no major thing.

General Comments:

I love this car. It rides like a truck and that is what I love about.

It hasn't had a breakdown yet.

Cabin is huge compared to my Volvo Station wagon!

Speakers are not that bad for being stock.

Overall a great truck. Buy a one if you are interested!

1995 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer Edition 5.8

Summary:

I love my Bronco and think it is the best vehicle I have ever owned

Faults:

The Oil Pan had to be changed at 100,000 miles. At the present time, I have a rear main seal leak which will need to be replaced in the near future. I also need to change the water pump on it within the next few weeks. All in all no major problems besides normal wear and tear on a vehicle with over 100,000 miles. It is in excellent condition.

General Comments:

I have the 1995 Bronco Eddie Bauer Edition. This truck is very spacious and very comfortable. It has ground effects and also has wood grain dashboard and side panels. I have installed two Tornado Fuel Savers on my Bronco and it has increased my gas mileage 3 to 4 miles per gallon in local driving. I think this is the Best SUV you could have for safety, reliability and durability for whatever purpose it is used. There is nothing like this truck on the market today. I would love to find another one just like this one in the same condition for my wife.

1995 Ford Bronco XLT 5.8 Liter V8 Ford 351

Summary:

The best of the best in reliability!

Faults:

Tire carrier bolt is broken and tire carrier needs to have rust sanded off and repainted.

Leather driver's seat is starting to crack and will need to be replaced.

Rear bumper pushed up when previous owner backed the Bronco into a horse trailer.

Factory head unit broken, cannot have cassettes or CDs inserted. I replaced it with an Alpine head unit.

General Comments:

About a month and a half ago, I made a childhood dream come true by buying my very own Ford Bronco! The Bronco was a loaded XLT edition with extremely low miles. It had only been used to pull a boat from a lakehouse to a lake and to pull horse trailers and move around a flat range.

The 4x4 system works like a dream, the push-button 4x4 was a big hurdle for Ford to introduce so late in the game and many issues had to be worked out over time.

This Bronco handles extremely well on and off the road, the ride is clean and smooth. Many of my friends have complimented the way the cabin feels as if its floating over the road with no bumps or vibrations.

The Bronco gets reasonable gas mileage given its size. With my Flowmaster dual exhaust and a K&N air filter, I'm getting around 13 to 14 miles in the city and almost 19 on the interstates. A major tip with an automatic Bronco is to try and keep the RPMs under 2000 as it will give better mileage at the sacrifice of acceleration.

I've purchased this Bronco for its reliable reputation and vast cargo room. I plan to move across the country to attend school and will need to move my things in my vehicle on the drive. With the backseats folded down, you easily have enough room to fit a twin size mattress, maybe a full size mattress. And if extra room is needed, the floorboards are roomy and the passenger seat can be folded down as well.
