Faults:

Windows make awful noise when raising and lowering.

Replaced Transmission at 125000 miles.

Knocking noise at front end. Replaced rotors four times and because the rotors were warped on this model, pads wore quickly and have been replaced five times.

(Let me add I know there are a lot of miles on this vehicle, but most are highway miles as I travel a great deal.)

Cylinder in rear brakes went bad almost causing an accident. (Replaced entire rear brake system)

Two of the plugs are on back of this motor making plugs and wires hard to change. This also causes No. 6 wire to melt causing misfire in that cylinder.

Motor has been replaced and have had heads replaced recently.

Engine light has been on since the day after I bought it. The dealership checked it as well as my mechanic. Computers show nothing to cause this and was told to ignore it.

General Comments:

It is a comfortable riding car. Very expensive to maintain though. I don't believe I will ever own another one and would not recommend this particular car to anyone.

Faults:

No major mechanical problems.

It has had the ABS and Check Engine dummy lights on for a while. The sensors have been cleaned multiple times, and the light will go off for a little while, but then come back on. The dealer charges a lot to do this, so I have taken it to private businesses the last few times, but no we just ignore them.

The transmission is starting to slip a little bit now, and it is starting to shift rough.

General Comments:

Not a very comfortable car. It does not handle well or perform good. My Chevy pickup truck can easily out-accelerate it.

The interior feels cheap, and isn't very comfortable.

The car has had a number of small problems since I've owned it. The audio system is not good, and it is impossible to get a custom stereo because of the 'futuristic' integrated control panel.

The car hasn't held it's value well, but that is why I bought it, because it was cheap.

If you just need a basic mode of transportation, then this wouldn't be too bad of a car. It gets pretty good gas mileage, and the exterior has held up, and it still looks good.

Faults:

Changed rear struts with springs due to broken spring.

Rear endl inks.

General Comments:

I've had it for a year now, and have been putting lots of miles on it. It always starts right up, and is very reliable. Plenty of power, and transmission seems fine so far. Interior is spacious, and seats with the leather option are nice.

I find the steering decent, but I'm looking into getting a strut tower bar to help control the body roll.
