Faults:

Replaced CV-joints.

Timing belt had to be replaced.

Water pump broke at 294,000 miles.

Some of the interior lighting (such as on the gear stick, clock, and radio) has gone out.

A censor was replaced (I think it was some kind of temperature censor).

The ball-bearings in the tires had to be replaced.

There are two small cracks in the windshield.

The right-side passenger door is hard to open.

The rubber lining on the windshield and windows has begun to come off.

General Comments:

This is a remarkable car. I have not had any major engine problems, and this car has 303,600 miles on the original engine.

I expect to have to replace and fix things on this car, however, it is still in very good condition.

The interior is still in tact, and the ceiling is not sagging at all.

There are of course, some minor dings and scratches, which comes with living down a dirt road.

This car gets good gas mileage and I always call it "invincible" because it has survived so many miles. My friends even made me a cake when it reached 300,000 miles. It read "300,000 and still going."

I love this car because it is very durable. Despite its seemingly loud noises, it is perfect for a college student.

Faults:

The head liner is falling down.

The heating & cooling switches could have been of a higher grade of plastic, they seem to pull off, break easily.

Despite small problems, it's a great car.

Although sluggish with the A/C on, there is still plenty of power for the commuting I do.

General Comments:

My 1990 Geo Prizm still gets looks.

People are amazed that with 200,000 miles on it that it still runs and performs the way it does.

I used to have a Honda Accord, this car puts that one to shame.

The A/C is great, CHILLING cold!

When this car is detailed, it could pass for showroom inside and out.

Way to go GEO!!

Faults:

I've had to replace driver side axle.

Replaced drivers' window after being broken by thieves.

Window tracks are a little off line, but still roll up all the way with assistance.

Passenger side armrest broke loose.

I have only replaced one door handle.

Dashboard has cracked and made vents loose.

Tail pipe came loose and had to refasten to frame.

General Comments:

This car accelerates very quickly and has very impressive gas mileage.

Faults:

Replaced CV-joints.

One broken belt.

New water pump at 293,000 miles.

A few interior lights have went out.

I had a lot of problems with it dying when I came to a complete stop, but it was just a censor.

New gasket.

The rubber lining around the windshield has started to come off.

Replaced headlight twice.

General Comments:

The car is very reliable with 294,200 miles on the original engine and climbing.

The interior is still in pretty good shape.

It does drag when the AC is turned on, but a lot of vehicles seem to do that.

I have not had any major problems with the engine.

It gets good gas mileage.
