1989 Jeep Comanche pick up 4.0 inline 6 cylinder
Faults:
Nothing mechanically.
The bench seat does have a bad split in it and sags a bit, but that was like that when I purchased it.
General Comments:
The engine has heaps of power.
The pick up rolls along very smoothly, stable and solid on the road.
In 4 wheel drive, with the stock width tyres, it really does go almost anywhere.
A small gripe is the short distance between steering wheel and driver, even with the seat all the way back.
These trucks are meant to be used as a work or serious off road use, not like the new era of designer "all terrain" cars, good only for getting out of slushy driveways and posing at the latte bars.
This Jeep is a excellent rig!
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

Some models came with all the standard gauges, my Comanche only came with a speedometer and gas gauge, and lights for the other things. After my brother ruined the speedometer and got a speeding ticket, he checked eBay, and found one with all the gauges, all we had to do was switch a few things, and everything worked, it might have been off a Cherokee, but it was brand new, because the mileage was set at zero.
