Faults:

Alternator Failed

Battery failed (as batteries do:)

Sloppy Ignition (distributer)

Rear Window Electrics failed (no crank) -;

Starter failed

Leaky Valve Cover gaskets.

General Comments:

Haven't had this rig running very much. Bought it for $50 a few years ago and it has sat for about the last two. Read about the fellow that had his running in 2 days, after a 10 yr storage - hope mine is the same.

Plan to ship off the starter to a local eMotor shop for a heavy-duty rebuild using oversize fields.

Have already replaced the OEM alternator with a 100 Amp unit, replaced rubber coolant hoses with flexible metal, still looking for a 100% compatable model of Breakerless Distributer (maybe from a 75 Buick?).

Need to keep myself motivated and get this running again before winter...
