Electrical issues.
Poor mileage.
This truck would rate "fair" at best.
Old Ford problems appearing in what is supposed to be a Mazda.
Poor mileage for the underpowered V-6.
The good thing is they are cheap considering what's out there.

Great price, power, reliability for the money spent
Inside dome light relay failed after 65,00 miles.
Left front caliper seized one of its two pistons after 71,000 miles. (amazingly it still stopped the truck with no problems or pulling).
Minor squeaks in the body.
Smooth, quiet engine with nice pick up and go. The 5 speed is the only way to go in this type of truck. It shifts smoothly and precisely. Very comfortable interior with great heads up display of the instruments. Its needs a little bit more leg room for a person over 6 feet tall. I'm 6'2" and it was barely manageable.
