General Comments:
I LOVE my 2001 Nissan Quest. The van has a sporty build, and drives like a sports car with quick acceleration and smooth steering. It has enough room to comfortable seat 7 people, and includes leather sides (the front are heated). The dark grey interior is family friendly and hides stains. The tinted windows are a great privacy feature. Gas mileage is still good.
My complaint is that my Quest does not run well when temps hit below 30 - it takes a long time to warm up, brakes lock up, heater is slow to warm, and overall it just doesn't run well. Other than that, any mechanical issues I have had are related to its age, and I do not believe reflect on the quality of this vehicle.
I am happy with my 2001 Quest and anticipate many more productive years.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

Long warm-up in cold weather is probably due to a tired thermostat. They tend to become slow/stuck open a little on cold high-mileage Quests. My '94 started taking a while in early 2017, but I'm holding out until the next T-belt change. I drive off after a minute of idling and it gives good interior heat eventually.
Works normally in the summertime though :-)
