1992 Nissan Sentra SE-R 2.0
Summary:
Serious fun on the cheap
Faults:
The starter motor went bad in the first year, and was replaced under warranty. Everything else is normal wear items.
Axles and struts replaced at 100K miles to freshen up the handling, mostly because I autocrossed the car the first couple years. Brakes replaced every 30K miles or so. Still on the original clutch, still shifts tight. A/C still works fine.
Interior plastic is starting to look tired and faded, the headliner was replaced a couple years ago. This would have benefited if I had a garage.
General Comments:
A fun car to drive, handles great and quick enough to surprise a lot of people.
Good supportive seats, controls work well, the overall package works great in spite of it's cheap price.
I've been driving this car for free for years now.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes
