1996 Plymouth Breeze 2.0
Faults:
Head gasket replaced by dealer at 27,000. Didn't inform me.
Steering wheel is badly worn at top.
Bad design of emergency brake location, directly over center console. Hard to access center console.
No elbow rest between seats.
Bad headlights-very dim.
A/C pump bad. Dealer replaced it ONLY after several trips to dealer to diagnose.
Hissing noise from steering column when turning right. Dealer fixed it.
BAD oil leak now. It's either the oil sender unit or the head gasket. Dealer will NOT assist due to high mileage, even though car was in for oil consumption problem while still under warranty, but they couldn't/wouldn't fix it.
This could be a good car except for dealers lack of support in repairs. I will NOT buy another Chrysler product, EVER.
General Comments:
Oil leak problem is really a bad one and the dealer service relating to this problem is very bad. Dealer service in general is bad. Horrible communication.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? No

I purchased a 96 Breeze with 56,000kms on it. Bought it from the local Plymouth / Chrysler dealer in town. And it also blew up with low kilometers on it!!! (78,000kms to be exact!!!) And Chrysler did not want to listen to me. I paid for the repair, they didn't even offer a couple dollars!!! Overall, the car works really well... when its not blown up!!! I don't really know what to say about these companies products. All I have to say is its a shame that I traded a Chevy for this thing!!!
