1994 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.1 V6
Summary:
Don't get one for a teenager
Faults:
Alternator, rear brake calipers, thermostat, computer, radiator, water pump.
General Comments:
I have had this car since the end of 2005 and it has been a great car for me; I only had to replace the alternator.
I gave it to my daughter after I bought a new car and she has only driven barely 3,000 miles and all those other repairs have been needed. The Pontiac still overheats a little in stop and go traffic despite all of these cooling system repairs. I think it is a great car for someone who knows how to drive, and not a good car for a teenager.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? No

The best years for the Grand Prix were 1973-1977, but it is nice to see that you really like your car.
