1991 Pontiac Sunbird Pontiac LE 2.0
Summary:
For a car with over 200,000 miles it was well worth the money and highly recommended by me
Faults:
I replaced the Alternator at 180,000 miles.
The Heater Core was replaced at 160,000 miles.
Hole in the radiator at 140,000 miles.
New Water pump at 170,000 miles.
Shocks and struts went bad at 130,000 miles, but lasted till 180,000 miles.
Only had to replace the Brakes once since the car was purchased.
Had to put on a new Valve cover gasket twice so far.
Only replaced the Oxygen sensor in 90,000+ miles, kind of forgot about it and the car was running so good.
One PVC and ERG Valve in 90,000+ miles, another one of those things that can be forgotten.
The oil pressure sender was changes once, weather it was bad or not.
Last, but least the head gasket went out, but will be replaced soon.
Interiors good and no other problems.
General Comments:
When trying to pass someone make sure you have a lot of time.
Hard to drive when you have long legs and the seat doesn't go back far enough.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes
