2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara DDSI 1.9 turbo diesel

Reliable and rock solid!

Faults:

Nothing! Replaced one light bulb only, free of charge.

General Comments:

Rock solid. Perfect quality. Like driving a tank. Perfect car for anyone wanting to just wants to go from A to B in any weather, instead of running to a dealer fixing things.

Transmission can handle anything - this is built to last. You do not buy this car for fast driving and it is not built for "gliding" around. It's a car you can rely on year after year.

A bit limited space for luggage though, not for families with 3 kids and lots of luggage.

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

Car has now gone 94000 km, 4 and a half years. No problems whatsoever. 3 light bulbs changed, that's it! Had Volvos before, always some repairs. Now I do not think about the car anymore. Just fill up with diesel, leave it for regular service every 15000 km, that's it. Can use my time and money for some pleasure instead.

Now changed to a new one. Drove 120,000 km in 6 years. One repair only cost about 300 dollars. The guys with Audis at work have had ten fold or more in the same time!
