Faults:

The AW-4 transmission has been rebuilt 2 times.

Engine hasn't been opened.

3rd radiator.

3rd water pump.

2nd power steering pump.

2nd alternator.

3rd A/C compressor, 2nd A/C evaporator, 2nd AC blower (A/C used all the time here).

Changed the brake booster 6 years ago, although it was working OK.

Rust - the truck has been painted 2 times.

Last original injector was replaced in Dec-08.

Has been on a flat-bed only once.

General Comments:

This is my hunting and fishing car, also my spare car. Has a great 4x4 transfer case - the NV/NP 242 - with a full-time 4x4 position. My daily car is a 99 Cherokee, with the same transfer case.

Love how it drives, on the expressways and on the country roads. Stable (except on bumpy roads). Has 31 x 10.5 Uniroyals, no lift.

I don't know what I'll do when it finally quits. XJ's with the 242 transfer case are rare.
