General Comments:
Good looking car excellent features.
Poor build quality and no quality control at factory.
Suspension to stiff for British roads.
Ride and ride height very poor compared to other similar makes.
1242 8v engine pretty good, but a bit noisy at medium to high revs and a bit lumpy at low revs due to emission laws.
Interior very well thought out, but poorly put together.
Fuel economy very good.
Road noise very intrusive.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? No

There is no such car as a 1.7 Punto HGT. I think you will find that your car is a 1.8. The insurance group is not 15 it is actually 14. The car is not as rare as you say as over 12,000 of these HGT Puntos were sold in the UK last year.
