Faults:

Only basic wear and tear caused faults.

General Comments:

Fantastic car.

My Grandad owned it first, then my brother, and I learnt to drive in it. It has done the distance and has done us proud.

I was in my friends Uno when we ended up hitting a sign post off a dual carriageway. It was destroyed at the front, but neither of us had a scratch or bruise. It is a very safe car and I would recommend it to all.

Faults:

Apart from a new alternator and fuel pump last year and a brake rebuild the year before, absolutely nothing. It has only just started rusting (at 15 years old!) and starts first time every time.

General Comments:

A vastly better car than might be expected of a decade-and-a-half old supermini. Not exactly a racing car, but the handling is enjoyable and the fuel consumption seems to hover around the 40mpg mark however hard I drive it!

Faults:

Points fell to pieces.

Door handles broken, several times.

Head Gasket. (Common on all Unos & Pandas I believe).

Rear shock asorber bushes.

Front Shock absorbers.

CV Joints and Gaitors.

General Comments:

I have owned this car for 3 years, it had 100k on the clock when I bought it, it now has 160k, yes it's true!

The car was cheap to buy, holds its own on fast roads but fuel consumption figures vary greatly. Typically 45 to 50mpg on a run and 30mpg in the city.

Five gears, Five Doors, and 1 wiper, it's a good consumer durable with lots to offer, apart from street cred.
