1986 Fiat Uno ie 1.3 turbo
Summary:
A reasonable performance bargain
Faults:
Cam chain/belt (I cannot remember which) broke, in France (the French garage system is not the same as the UK, e.g. it's impossible to get them to "just replace the belt" -- they want to do a complete rebuild).
General Comments:
Loved the car, very quick for an unmodified car.
Very good braking -- did not have ABS.
Rear room was better than most modern cars of the same type.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

I'd agree with that. Performance is pretty peppy, and mine has never let me down. It's been a great little car and I'd certainly have another.
