Faults:

Nothing has gone wrong, the car has had its services and nothing more.

General Comments:

Sports-wagon C'eed is just an estate version of the popular hatchback, and it is spacious and comfortable.

Performance - mediocre acceleration from the 1.6 diesel. But it does a genuine 55 - 60 MPG though, calculated accurately by myself (not just looking at trip computer). No need for hybrid in my opinion.

Noisy at lower speeds but refined on a cruise. Cabin is a nice place to be, Sat Nav, Bluetooth, USB ports, reverse camera, the car has all the modern stuff you would expect.

Not bad looking, but pretty dull and blends in with most other traffic; not a car that will ever stand out. Best in darker colors, and I have alloy wheels and rear window tints.

Basically just good value for money, these will be popular as taxi's and in private use, it is the ideal vehicle. KIA have come a long way in recent years and are as good as any similar Ford or Vauxhall. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for modern reliable transport. You can get good deals on these used as nearly new cars.

Faults:

Mostly wear and tear items replaced over my 10 year ownership. I kept the car serviced by the book and had no major problems other than irritating little interior faults and small electrical items not quite working right. Cosmetically the car looked rough when I was done with it, paint fade but no major rust, seemed to stand up well to the elements.

General Comments:

The Kia Cee'd is not a car to get excited about, but mine's done me many years and miles and never cost me any major expensive problems.

The car is dull to drive, the 1.6 is adequate in performance and does you a solid 40 mpg.

Interior is cheap and tacky looking. Seats were comfortable enough however and there was plenty of space for a smaller hatchback.

Not really a car I would buy again, just far too boring. But I have to give credit where it is due, it was a reliable and economical car, and does not pretend to be anything else. I traded it for a much more modern Ford Focus which is an excellent car so far.

Faults:

Only had the car a couple of days, but everything seems extremely well bolted together. 5 years warranty remaining, so if anything does go wrong, it will just be a trip to Kia.

General Comments:

I love this car. I wasn't sure what to expect, having had the comfort and relaxed driving experience of my Vectra CDTI 150.

The Kia is far more fun to drive. Positive and confident with excellent handling.

The 1.6 engine is not as powerful as I've been used to, but is better than I had expected, and on paper is actually a good bit more powerful than most of its competitors.

The quality is second to none, and in Metallic Black the car looks every bit as good as a Golf, and better than a Focus. It's hard to believe it's a Kia. I love it.

For a medium sized car, it is very spacious. The boot is an excellent size, and the rear passengers have oodles of leg room. I don't know how they've done it!

44 mpg on average, which is great for a 1.6.

I have about 700 songs stored on a USB flash drive, which slots neatly into the centre console. I no longer have a glove box full of CDs.

I have nothing bad to say! Get one. You will not be disappointed.
