2015 Nissan Juke Nismo RS 1.6 turbo petrol
Faults:
Nothing so far.
General Comments:
I test drove a Fiesta ST and the new Polo GTI, and was on the verge of getting the Fiesta when I saw a Nissan Juke Nismo on the road. I went for a test drive and loved it, then I heard about a newer more hardcore performance model in the pipeline called the Nismo RS. I waited for that and did a test drive in the manual and auto versions, and placed an order for the manual version a few days later.
Its performance and handling are very good; maybe not quite on par with the Fiesta ST, although it's very close, but it just feels a nicer place to be, really makes you feel like you're in something special. It's a bit higher than a standard car, and it feels bigger inside, and it has some great techy gadgets like the LCD boost gauge and G-Force counter; it's kinda like a little Skyline GTR. I decided to go for the storm white paint with the Recaro seats, which look fantastic with the red Nimso trim.
Looking around, there is not really anything like it on the road currently in terms of sports crossovers, and 218 BHP from its 1.6 turbo engine makes for a very enjoyable ride.
My only niggle is why did Nissan only release a 4WD version in automatic, which has much less power.
Very good car, but a manual 1.6 turbo with 4WD would have made a great car fantastic.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

OP here - 5 days in and today the nav/radio/bluetooth wouldn't come on. I think it's a noted problem on here -- hope not.
