Faults:

New drive-shaft.

New caliper.

New master cylinder.

New ABS pump (quoted £1300 from Renault!!!).

New brake hoses.

New ABS sensor.

Passenger window not working.

Central locking not working.

Drivers electric wing-mirror not working.

General Comments:

Amazing styling.

Stunning and super comfortable seats.

Smooth engine.

Gear box takes a little getting used to.

Manual hood is kinda annoying, but at least it's one less thing to go wrong.

Handles amazing; very little scuttle shake.

Steering is better than Escorts by far.

Great car when it's not in the garage with huge bills!

Faults:

Only one repair to make and that was the lead connecting to the starter motor which had been corroded. Once replaced all OK again. Various dashboard/switch lights have gone.

General Comments:

Very nice car, runs well and gives good value for money, the diesel with a sporty body kit. Good equipment levels with Pwr windows/sunroof, fog lights etc. Seems to depreciate some what rapidly.
