2010 Renault Kangoo 16v Wheelchair Accessible 1.6 diesel
Summary:
Great vehicle for wheelchair access
Faults:
Overall there are no faults.
Steering wheel marked slightly.
Door handles wear on rear sliding door.
Normal use.
General Comments:
I'm concentrating on why I think this vehicle is fantastic for wheelchair access - it's not easy looking for a wheelchair accessible vehicle, and a Renault Kangoo provides a great option.
3 seats plus a wheelchair.
Manual or electric lift can be installed.
Not too big or 'van like'. Easy to park and drive in general.

What does that mean that the steering wheel is “marked slightly”? Is that an alignment issue or something else? Not really sure if that’s the fault of the Kangaroo itself or maybe just a pothole.

Probably means a blemish on the steering wheel itself, purely cosmetic.

Agreed, not sure why someone would interpret a 'marked' steering wheel as being an alignment issue, most strange.

Maybe for the same reason some cosmetic imperfection on the wheel is blamed on the manufacturer, which also doesn’t make sense. If the “mark” is like a mark with archery or any other activity which involves aim (“hit your mark”), it could absolutely be related to aim and direction like car alignment. Your car is missing its mark if you aim it in the middle of the road at the 12 o'clock position with the wheel and it keeps veering left.

We have two of these vehicles at work as well, best in the class for disabled use.
