2009 Seat Exeo CR Sport 2.0 TDi

Summary:

Good looking and reliable

Faults:

Mostly wear and tear expected of age and mileage, no real problems.

General Comments:

Exeo - rare car. Looks very much like an Audi A4.

Bullet proof 2.0 TDi unit is economical and reliable if looked after.

The car is fantastic inside - nice quality materials still holding up well after all these years.

Fun to drive, sporty feel and looks.

If you ever see one for sale, give it a try; it is a very nice car, not many on the road and I have no idea why, it is basically a cheaper to run Audi! Value for money is top notch.

2010 Seat Exeo Sport Tech 2.0 TDi

Summary:

Rare car from Seat based on the Audi A4

Faults:

Timing belt and water pump.

EGR valve.

Suspension springs at front.

Blown fuses and faulty relay.

Nothing out of the ordinary for the age and miles.

General Comments:

This car is an absolute revelation! I bought it a few years ago having never heard of it. It looks exactly like an older generation Audi A4, and that is more or less what it is, for Seat money!

That said, it can get expensive if you get a rough example; as with any car look after it to keep costs down. That classic 2.0 TDi engine deserves its oil changes on time, and long drives and quality oil and fuel to keep it sweet.

Exterior wise as mentioned, gorgeous classic A4 style. Dark blue, very nice. You would think it was an A4 if it were not for the big Seat badges.

Inside the interior is also Audi like. If I have any complaints - I hate the armrest in cars of this VW/Audi group era. It extends down and touches the handbrake! Stupid design. Apart from that the interior is perfect - styled nice, comfy seats and all electrics.

Great to drive, strong performance and does around 50 mpg. If you see one for sale, try one! Great cars and very rare!
