Faults:

Turbo (expensive).

The rest was wear and tear expected of age and mileage (brakes, suspension, etc).

Keeps these cars serviced on time and they rarely give trouble!

General Comments:

A fantastic alternative to a Focus or Astra, this Leon has been a great car.

S model is very basic. but has all the electrics you would expect, the car does not feel old at all.

TSi 1.2 engine is not going to set the world on fire with performance, but it can manage around 50 mpg, for petrol this is amazing!

Great to drive, sharp steering. Ride is a bit firm on long journeys, but not uncomfortably so.

Nice looking, my car is silver, common color.

Hard to fault this car if all you want is basic modern transport and you are on a budget.
