Faults:

Little suspension problem - 400 USD at 120,000km, and another repair to be done now on amortizers.

CD player stopped working, and it is impossible to take it out without breaking the wooden panel.

One seat belt lock on the back doesn't work.

General Comments:

I have been driving this car for 60k km now. No problems at all.

This car has been heavily used off-road in the desert, mountains, beach and so on. Extremely sturdy and reliable vehicle. Except for suspension (which had a hard beating from me when driving off-road), nothing was touched for last 50k km.

It does not have a soul or a fanciness of an European car (which I always owned before), but the reliability is amazing. Unfortunately, I have no other choice than to recommend it as excellent car with excellent reliability.

Faults:

Nothing much.

Battery died, but that is not an issue of the vehicle; it is a common with vehicles.

Takes up lot of gas, especially in city driving.

Seats not very comfortable for long drives.

General Comments:

I've enjoyed driving in my Pathfinder for the two years I've had it. I bought it in 2007 with 50000 km on the meter. Rode it till 100000. Good performance. Good handling.

Really liked my Pathfinder, but the gas consumption on city driving was huge...

Sporty look and feel...

Ample space for kids, pram and weekly shopping.

Good for the outdoors.

Faults:

While driving one day with my family, all of a sudden the alternator stopped charging the battery and the car stopped. Luckily I was near the Nissan service center at that time.

General Comments:

This car is a remarkable SUV.

Good initial pickup, but run out of horses later.

Good Off Road handling.

Cabin is however not suitable for 6' people.

Gear shift lever is very hard.

The A/C consumes a good load of power from the engine.
