I have the Rascal ice cream van; very good on fuel, and runs all day with no issues. Unstable in high wind, but this one grips better than some, as the weight of the freezer holds it down LOL. Great little van, and it holds more stock than my old Transit.

Hi all, I've just purchased a Rascal Bambi Campervan, she is an amazing little thing. I wanted cheap camping, and this was the answer, tax £145, cheap insurance and £23 to fuel up...
I still can't get my head around how roomy they are. It really is like a Tardis. My friends all have a giggle when I pull up, until they sit inside and see just how nice she is; everything you want is in there!!
Have re-upholstered to my taste, and am ready for the summer ahead!
Yeah you definitely need balls of steel when an artic flies by you, but I'm quite happy to tootle along at 55mph with a big smile on my face... You can keep your generic VW T5! I'm the one having fun driving :()

Hey there,
I'm hunting for a Bedford minivan (ice cream style) but without the Mr Whippie machine inside...
I've always wanted to sell and serve food from a miniature, but am finding it hard to locate one to buy - condition dependent on price.
If you have any tips or places to look, please contact me on: jaz@jazcooks.it
I'd really, really appreciate it.

Hello, I'm French (sorry for my English). I'm searching for (for my 1991 Rascal) one Bull Bars type Safari (with black grilles on the headlights, if possible).
I have 2 friends in England who can buy them for me, otherwise it will be mail order.
Thank you for your reply.

Me and my wife brought a Bedford Rascal Bambi about 2 months ago. We have used it most weekends since buying it, and have even had our honeymoon in it, driving all around Cornwall and Devon in it. It was an amazing time in our little Bambi. I would tell anyone to go ahead and get one. Cheap and cheerful with everything you need. As the saying goes, good things come in small packages.

We bought our Rascal in January, and we absolutely love it!! It's the Autohomes Bambi version, and we are slowly customising the inside to our taste! It has everything we need for our trips out, and certainly turns heads. All in all, a reliable, economical little TARDIS!!!
