I am the original owner of a 91' Lasabre and currently have 195,000 K on the clock. Besides regular wear and tear items replaced (ie. starter/ battery/ struts) Problems I currently have are
1. Slow passenger window motor
2. front wheel bearing howling
3. Stuck antenna
4. Some rust spots (Never waxed the paint)
5. That's it!
Incredibly reliable car. Would take it anywhere.
Looking forward to 200K.

I have a 91 Le sabre. It is the BEST car I ever owned.
It has 206,000 miles on it and many more (God willing).
Its comfortable, she gets decent mileage (30/highway).
No major problems.

I have just been given a gift for graduation of college... my very first car... 1991 Buick LeSabre Custom... I came to this website looking for anything that may be wrong with my new and first car... Of course I need to get a new battery, but the drive home for the first time was like a magic carpet ride! There is 176,000 K miles on it and it is so quiet and rides very smooth. This website has helped me to learn that the things that are worng with the car is normal and are an easy fix. I hope that this car will ride for years to come!

I have to admit, I bought this car for $1500 CAD as a bit of a joke. Three years later it's turned out to be the best car I've owned so far. (98 Pathfinder, 97 Maxima, 91 Integra, and a few others) We just had our first baby and are looking for something with a bit more room to haul 'stuff' back and forth to the cabin... I haven't test driven a new car with as nice of ride yet! What do I do? Almost 3000000 k's and hardly a hint of slowing down... awesome car! Over 30 mpg if I drive it nice and it starts all Canadian winter long. It's tough to find a NEW car as nice as this....enough said.
