1995 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 5.7L from North America
Summary:
A race car in a street package
Faults:
Overall, nothing at all. Clutch was replaced at 114000 miles. Every LT1 motor I've come across has had an rear intake manifold oil leak around 100000 miles. I repaired it myself and saved about $600. Parts for the repair cost about $60. Dash has a couple of impossible to find rattles.
General Comments:
I've put about $2000 in the car in just performance modifications. Currently, it's got headers, a 104mm throttle body, cold air induction, exhaust, and short throw shifter. It's amazing what this car can do. I've dusted Corvette after Corvette, Trans Am after Trans Am, Cobra after Cobra. It runs like new to this day.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes
