I got the same problem that have been mentioned previously. Started today when the car seems to be hard to get that gas to the engine. Then he just stopped and now I have an engine light on... I don't understand why they don't have put a recall since the same problem is just happening over and over to different people. Any one can tell me what to tell the CM dealer that will take a look to my car?

Hey guys.
I have an Epica LS, and I have 102.000 kms, and no problems at all.
Great car, but can't find a trailer hitch for it.
Can someone help? Thanks.

We have a 2004 and found a hitch at this address. Also available for 2005. Check it out: http://hitch-web.com/

The most recent problem with my Epica is the ignition. This car has to be the horror of all horrors.
I offer this comment as a heads up to would be buyers or possible owners. The replacement keyed cylinder ($250.00 + TX) comes with one key. The car won't program without a second key. Guess what? That additional key costs another $200. The makers of that car and the dealerships who pawn these cars on unsuspecting buyers should be liable for the lemon. I'm totally peeved as my car repairs has reached almost as much as what I paid for this junk.
I would be interested to know how people with this problem solved it.

I had been facing almost regularly the problem of engine not idle cranking after engine start-up in parking mode. The engine would start and immediately there is a shudder felt with the acceleration coming down to zero and the engine stopped with all lights on: low engine oil, engine problem, battery sign lighting up on the dashboard.
Recently, one and a half months ago, the Fuel Control Module with spark plugs was changed and it ran well during that time and again the same problem comes up during starting.
Can anyone tell me what could have gone wrong with the car start-up? I would appreciate suitable suggestions/solutions for it as now the car is with the agency and they still could not figure out the problem after 2 days.

I have a 2005 Chevy Epica.. and the problems I seem to be having are:
1) The wiring on it has to be fixed every spring for the last three years. The mechanics can't believe there have not been any recalls.
2) The engine light is on, and has stayed on for the most part since I have purchased the car, and it doesn't seem to be a problem that the mechanics can figure out
3) The car does hesitate off and on... we changed from regular gas to supreme, which helped with the stalling and jerking, but now seems to be starting all over again. We now have also discovered oil in with the spark plugs, and I can only imagine what that's going to cost or what the problem is now...
We have had the brakes done several times.. front tie rod ends had to also be taken care of, and we also suspect that the rear shocks will need fixing.
Also have replaced the front driver's side ball joint twice. This car has been more headaches than I thought possible.

I recently purchased a 2005 Epica LT. Good car so far, 85,000kms on it!!!
The problem I'm having is finding a trailer hitch for it. The car is a rare car, so no one has a listing for it!!! And it is very hard to find aftermarket parts for it!!! Anyone know where I can find a trailer hitch?
