General Comments:
Comfortable car, but it is riddled with problems. Either cheap parts or shoddy workmanship.
I actually would not even sell this on the open market as I would feel guilty selling it to someone. I would feel right trading it at a GM dealership except they have lost me as a customer.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? No

I believe I am beginning to have a love/hate relationship with our 1999 Venture van. The van rides great and is very good for hauling kids. But, around 80,000 miles the manifold gasket developed a leak & the transmission solenoids went out. Around 95,000 miles I had to replace the radiator. Also, within days, I had to replace both rear wheel cylinders-leaking brake fluid. Today, approx. 105,000 miles, Transmission is shifting hard in all gears. Stopped van and turned off engine. When I restarted transmission shifted fine (will investigate further.) I find this odd since the transmission fluid and filter were changed when the solenoids were replaced. Please note: I had changed transmission fluid and filter at 50,000 miles. I have not experienced any electrical problems, but I purchased a stripped down model with manual doors and windows.
