2004 Chrysler Concorde LX from North America
Summary:
This car is junk - will never buy another Chrysler product
Faults:
This car makes a very loud whistling noise in cold weather - no mechanic can find the cause. Very annoying to listen to - especially when driving long distances. The windows don't seal when rolled up - another annoying noise. Window and rubber was replaced with no improvement. The car makes a "growling" noise when turning. The car is slow to accelerate.
General Comments:
The car has been junk since I bought it brand new.
Local dealer excellent in attempting to handle the problems.
I also contacted the Chrysler manufacturer - they do not stand behind their products.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? No

I also own a 2003 Concorde. Could not be happier with it. It now has 110,000 miles on it and has need nothing other than routine work. It does have the 3.5 motor, which I understand is the better one. Before this car, I had a 2001 Camry and it had nothing but problems. So much for Toyota Reliability, right? I wish they still made the Concorde because I would buy another in a heartbeat.

So, it has no major mechanical problems, and those things you listed are minor annoyances, and yet you say it's junk? So what, you bought it thinking you were getting BMW quality at Chrysler prices? Get a life. At least your engine hasn't sludged up and died yet.
