Faults:

The driver's side visor sags some. The new replacement is crazy expensive.

I replaced the timing belt and water pump myself. Not a real fun job on this car. The 3.5 makes it pretty crowded to work with. But, I got it done and the car runs perfect.

When I got it, it needed a cam sensor. I bought a cheaper part. That created more issues. I discovered on this car that only Chrysler sensors work well.

General Comments:

I love this little car. I bought it pretty cheap and use it as my pretty day driver. The 3.5 V-6 is plenty of power and runs like a hot rod. It's a bigger engine than I have seen in most Sebrings, which have the 2.7. Nevertheless, I love this little car. It looks great, drives great and is very comfortable with leather seats and an amazing stereo.

Not a thing, other than oil changes, tires and brakes...

General Comments:

Owned this car for almost 10 years and it never let me down, never any problems, and on the freeway it would get as much as 34 MPG. Cannot say enough good things about this car... loved it, and watching the top go down was an amazing engineering feat!!!

Faults:

I have the soft convertible top that has stopped functioning 4 times. The last time, Chrysler took it apart and fixed it as I was about to invoke the Lemon Law.

Car is starting to groan on turns.

Trunk mechanism has broken 2 times.

Factory installed pin striping fell off.

Various parts of car are starting to come undone.

General Comments:

With the 3.5, 235 Mercedes derived engine (from the old Daimler alliance) and the 6 speed transmission, it has nice performance.

Handling is sloppy on turns and not at all tight.

Interior is all plastic not fitting for this class of car.

It is a good value for the money.

One of the few convertibles in this price class with a soft top.
